Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Coupa Lead to serve as the primary point of contact for our client’s Coupa AMS operations. This role will be based onsite in Dubai and will oversee the end-to-end delivery of Coupa support, enhancement, and stakeholder engagement. You will lead operational support, manage escalations, ensure SLA compliance, and act as a trusted advisor to the client’s procurement and finance stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of Coupa AMS support including incident triage (L1–L3), change requests, and integration monitoring.

  • Lead functional and configuration support across Coupa modules including: P2P, Invoicing, SIM, CLM (Standard), Sourcing, Inventory, Spend Guard, Services Maestro, Invoice Smash, and Advanced Analytics.

  • Drive resolution of critical incidents and perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.

  • Coordinate planned maintenance, patches, release upgrades and regression testing activities.

  • Oversee supplier onboarding, catalog and PO/invoice lifecycle support in Coupa.

  • Provide advisory support for optimising procurement workflows, approval chains, and policy compliance.

  • Ensure accurate integration and data flow between Coupa and ERP (SAP) systems via Boomi/MuleSoft.

  • Support reporting, spend analytics, KPI dashboards, and audit compliance tracking.

  • Lead offshore Coupa Admin and ensure cohesive service delivery across locations.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience in Coupa implementation and/or support roles.

  • Deep expertise across multiple Coupa modules and integrations with ERP platforms (SAP preferred).

  • Strong understanding of procurement and finance processes.

  • Experience leading AMS engagements or acting as Coupa SME for large clients.

  • Familiarity with middleware platforms such as Boomi or MuleSoft.

  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and deliver in a multi-vendor, multi-geography environment.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

  • Coupa certifications in relevant modules (e.g., P2P, SIM, CLM).

  • Experience working with retail or consumer goods clients.

  • ITIL/Service Management certification.
