Oracle Data Migration Lead

Duration - Contract - One year (Extendable)
We are seeking an experienced Data Migration Lead to manage the data migration aspects of our Oracle Finance Cloud and Payroll Cloud implementation.
The candidate should have a proven track record of executing both finance and payroll data migrations for similar implementations and will be responsible for ensuring seamless data transfer from the existing EBS (R12) system to Oracle Fusion Applications (GL, AP, AR, CM, and Payroll).
Key Responsibilities:
Data Migration Planning: Develop a comprehensive data migration strategy, including data source identification, data mapping, data cleansing, and data validation for both finance and payroll data.
Data Migration Design: Design and implement data migration solutions, including data conversion, data loading, and data validation, using Oracle tools such as SQL Loader, SQL*Loader, and Oracle JDBC for both finance and payroll data.
Data Migration Execution: Lead the execution of data migration tasks, working closely with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise for both finance and payroll data.
Data Quality Assurance: Ensure that the migrated data meets the required quality standards, including accuracy, completeness, and consistency for both finance and payroll data.
Data Validation: Validate the migrated data to ensure that it is correct, complete, and consistent with the source data for both finance and payroll data.
Communication: Communicate with the project team, stakeholders, and end-users regarding data migration progress, issues, and resolutions for both finance and payroll data.
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in data migration, with a focus on Oracle EBS (R12) and Oracle Fusion Applications, including both finance and payroll data migration.
Experience with data migration tools such as SQL Loader, SQL*Loader, and Oracle JDBC for both finance and payroll data.
In-depth knowledge of Oracle data migration standards and best practices for both finance and payroll data.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex data migration issues for both finance and payroll data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with the project team, stakeholders, and end-users for both finance and payroll data.
Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results
Nice to Have:
Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence solutions.
Experience with Oracle MDM (Supplier data).
Certifications in Oracle data migration or related technologies.
