Job Title: Oracle Fusion Data Migration Specialist

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Data Migration Specialist to facilitate the seamless transition of data and processes from Oracle Fusion to SAP ECC.
The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion systems, SAP ECC, and end-to-end data migration processes.
This role requires strong expertise in cross-functional Oracle Fusion processes (OTC, PTP, R2R) and the ability to support data harmonization, mapping, and migration activities.
Key Responsibilities:
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL ERP EXPERTISE
Understand and document Oracle Fusion processes in Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), and Record-to-Report (R2R) domains.
Provide functional insights to align Oracle Fusion processes with SAP ECC requirements.
DATA MAPPING AND HARMONIZATION
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify legacy Oracle Fusion data and processes for migration.
Support the harmonization of legacy data and processes to ensure compatibility with SAP ECC.
Perform detailed data mapping between Oracle Fusion and SAP ECC systems.
MIGRATION STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT
Develop a comprehensive data migration strategy that addresses risks, timelines, and resource needs.
Design procedures for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) between Oracle Fusion and SAP ECC.
MOCK MIGRATIONS AND TESTING
Plan and execute mock data migration runs, simulating real migration scenarios.
Validate the migration programs by supporting end-to-end testing and troubleshooting issues.
Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the migration process.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Experience and Expertise:
5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion, with a focus on data migration and cross-functional processes.
In-depth knowledge of OTC, PTP, and R2R business processes.
Proven experience migrating data from Oracle Fusion to SAP ECC.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools for extracting and analyzing legacy data.
Experience with ETL tools and methodologies.
Knowledge of SAP ECC functional modules and their data structures.
