Job Title: Oracle Fusion Finance Solution Architect

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Financial solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in financial modules, a strong understanding of enterprise architecture, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient solutions aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design and Architecture:
Design end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance solutions based on business requirements, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with best practices.
Translate complex financial processes into system configurations and workflows.
Implementation and Delivery:
Lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials, including modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management.
Provide expertise in chart of accounts design, reporting structures, and financial consolidations.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, and IT to gather requirements and define solution roadmaps.
Act as a trusted advisor, presenting solution options and recommendations to decision-makers.
System Integration and Customization:
Ensure seamless integration of Oracle Fusion Financials with other enterprise systems.
Collaborate with technical teams to configure and customize workflows, reports, and interfaces.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
Oversee system testing, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Ensure that solutions meet quality standards and business expectations.
Support and Optimization:
Provide post-implementation support and training to end-users.
Continuously monitor and optimize the system for performance, compliance, and process efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 12 + years of experience in Oracle Fusion Finance implementation and solution architecture.
Strong hold in Accounts Payables will be a Plus.
Expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud and Fusion Financials modules - GL, AP AR, FA, CM For a large Retail Customer.
Oracle Cloud Finance Implementation using SaaS as well as PaaS.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in configuring Oracle Fusion Financials modules.
Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
Experience with SQL, BI Publisher, and OTBI reporting tools is an advantage.
Certifications: Oracle ERP Cloud certifications are highly desirable.
