We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Techno Functional Consultant with a strong background in finance and a passion for designing custom solutions using SaaS and PaaS. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, finance processes, and cloud computing principles. The consultant will work closely with clients to understand their financial management requirements, design and configure custom solutions, and implement them in the Oracle Cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities: -

Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering:

  • Work with clients to understand their financial management requirements, processes, and pain points.

  • Conduct business process analysis to identify areas for improvement.

  • Gather and document requirements for the custom solution.

Solution Design and Configuration:

  • Design and configure custom financial management solutions using Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (e.g., Financials, Projects, Workflow, Payables, Receivables).

  • Design business process flows, workflows, and integrations between modules.

  • Design custom reports, forms, and grids as needed.

Implementation and Testing:

  • Implement the designed solution in the client's Oracle Cloud environment.

  • Ensure the solution meets the client's functional and performance requirements.

  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.

Deployment and Maintenance:

  • Deploy the solution to the production environment.

  • Provide post-implementation support and maintenance, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Upgrade and Migration:

  • Assess the impact of Oracle Fusion Cloud updates and future releases on the client's custom solution.

  • Assist with upgrading and migrating the custom solution to ensure compatibility with the updated or new features

Skills and Qualifications:

Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications:

  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, including Financials, Projects, Workflow, Payables, and Receivables.

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure:

  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and its various services, such as storage, database, and load balancers.

Cloud Deployment and Management:

  • Knowledge of cloud deployment models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and cloud management tools.

  • Knowledge of API Integration: Understanding of API design, development, and integration, including RESTful APIs and SOAP APIs

Functional Expertise:

  • Financial Management: In-depth knowledge of financial management processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable.

  • CA, Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

  • Extensive experience in Oracle Cloud Finance implementation, both technically and functionally (10+ years).

  • Proficiency in technical development, including Oracle Cloud Finance APIs, reports, and extensions.

  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud Finance modules and their functional aspects.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required

  • Certification in Oracle Cloud Finance is a plus.

Good-to-Have  : Technical Experience (PL/SQL, Integration) is a Plus
