Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant. This role requires a deep understanding of both functional and technical aspects of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and more. The ideal candidate will be proficient in implementing, customizing, and optimizing Oracle Fusion applications, as well as handling integrations and data migrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Functional Expertise:

    • Core HR: Configure and manage Core HR functionalities, including employee data management, organizational structure, and workforce deployment.

    • Payroll: Implement and support Oracle Fusion Payroll processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and accuracy in payroll calculations.

    • Compensation & Benefits: Administer Compensation and Benefits modules, including salary administration, bonuses, and benefits management.

    • Absence Management: Configure and optimize Absence Management solutions to track and manage employee leave and absences.

    • OTL (Oracle Time and Labor): Implement and support time and labor management solutions.

    • Page Personalization: Customize user interfaces and page layouts using Visual Builder (VB) to enhance user experience.

  2. Technical Expertise:

    • HDL (HCM Data Loader): Utilize HDL for bulk data uploads, data extraction, and management of HCM data.

    • Reports: Design, develop, and maintain custom reports using Oracle Fusion reporting tools.

    • OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud): Develop and manage integrations between Oracle Fusion applications and other systems using Oracle Integration Cloud.

    • PaaS (Platform as a Service): Leverage PaaS for developing custom applications and extensions to meet business needs.

    • Data Migration: Plan and execute data migration strategies for migrating data from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion HCM.

  3. Integration & Development:

    • Develop and maintain integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and other enterprise systems.

    • Utilize OIC and PaaS for creating, managing, and optimizing integration flows.

    • Handle data migration tasks, including data mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading.

  4. Consulting & Support:

    • Provide expert advice and solutions to clients on Oracle Fusion HCM functionalities and technical issues.

    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to both functional and technical aspects of Oracle Fusion HCM.

    • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide tailored solutions.

  5. Documentation & Training:

    • Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, integrations, and customizations.

    • Conduct training sessions for end-users and support teams to ensure effective use of Oracle Fusion HCM functionalities.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, with a focus on both functional and technical roles.

  • Skills:

    • In-depth knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Absence Management, OTL, and related modules.

    • Proficiency in HDL, Oracle Fusion reporting tools, OIC, PaaS, and data migration techniques.

    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
