Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 10-15 years of expertise in Product Costing (COPA) and Financial Controlling (FICO). The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and have successfully led at least 3-4 end-to-end SAP implementations. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, designing and configuring SAP solutions, and ensuring smooth integration with other modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and implement SAP FICO solutions with a strong focus on Product Costing (COPA).

  • Lead and participate in 3-4 full-cycle SAP implementations, from blueprint to go-live.

  • Work with business stakeholders to understand financial and controlling requirements and provide SAP-based solutions.

  • Configure Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders (IO), Product Costing (PC), and Profitability Analysis (COPA).

  • Optimize Material Ledger, Actual Costing, and Cost Object Controlling.

  • Provide guidance on cost allocation, revenue recognition, and margin analysis using SAP COPA.

  • Ensure seamless integration between SAP FICO and other SAP modules (SD, MM, PP, PS, etc.).

  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user training.

  • Work with technical teams to define custom developments, enhancements, and reports.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to finance teams, ensuring best practices in SAP Controlling and Product Costing.

  • Provide post-go-live support, issue resolution, and continuous system improvements.

Key Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of SAP FICO experience, with deep expertise in Product Costing (COPA).

  • At least 3-4 full-cycle SAP implementations in manufacturing, retail, or similar industries.

  • Strong expertise in Standard Costing, Actual Costing, and Cost Object Controlling.

  • Hands-on experience with Material Ledger, Cost Elements, Cost Centers, and Profit Centers.

  • Strong understanding of FI-CO integration with SD, MM, PP, and PS modules.

  • Ability to conduct business requirement workshops and translate requirements into SAP solutions.

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.
