Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP MFP (Merchandise Financial Planning) Functional Consultant to join our team in Dubai for a large-scale greenfield SAP S/4 HANA on RISE implementation project within the retail sector. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a transformative initiative in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
High-Level Design & Detailed Design:
Lead workshops with business stakeholders to gather and define requirements for Merchandise Financial Planning.
Develop detailed Business Process Documents (BPDs) and Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) specific to SAP MFP.
Configuration/Workbook Development:
Translate business needs into functional designs and configuration settings.
Prepare and maintain configuration workbooks to ensure accurate system setup.
Functional Unit Testing:
Design test scenarios, develop test scripts, and perform unit testing to validate configurations.
Address and resolve issues identified during testing phases.
Support for IST/UAT:
Provide expert support during Integration System Testing (IST) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Guide and troubleshoot issues during testing cycles to ensure successful outcomes.
Change Management & Training:
Collaborate with change management teams to create training materials and user documentation tailored to SAP MFP.
Conduct training sessions and provide support to end-users.
Data Migration:
Work with data migration teams to ensure accurate data mapping, transformation, and migration into SAP MFP.
Validate and ensure data integrity post-migration.
Go-Live & Hypercare:
Support the go-live process in Dubai, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption.
Provide on-site support during the Hypercare phase to resolve any post-go-live issues.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience with SAP MFP and SAP S/4 HANA on RISE implementations, particularly in the retail sector.
Proven track record in greenfield SAP implementation projects.
Strong skills in conducting workshops, writing BPDs, FSDs, and configuring SAP systems.
Excellent communication skills, capable of working effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in change management, data migration, and go-live support.
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP certification in MFP or related modules.
Previous experience working in the Middle East or with international teams.
