Role Summary
The Technical Lead will be working on the new implementation of Oracle SOA Fusion Middleware.
Roles & Responsibilities
Works with the Technical Manager on the technical requirements for the new implementation and change needs.
Prepares technical designs (diagrams and flows) for modifications and integrations to multiple applications like Oracle Retail, IBM Sterling OMS, JDA Solutions and Manthan BI.
Candidate should have the capability of completing technical and functional tasks (90% technical – 10% functional)
Should be hands on technical development and will work along side a team of developers.
Work with the team to develop and design integration layer using SOA methodologies
Work with the team to prepare and execute unit/system test scripts to verify business logic of new or modified programs and mitigate post implementation failures
Candidate will be responsible for working on custom extensions across integration modules.
Maintains positive attitude and momentum in challenging situations .
Communicates effectively with all partners .
Takes personal responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work .

Knowledge & Experience:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
Experience in SOA Middleware implementation: 12+ years .
Sound knowledge of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology: 1-2 Years
Hands on development experience.
