Job Scope

As we continue our growth journey, we are seeking an ambitious and strong Recruitment Team Lead / Manager with a background in agency recruitment and expertise in ERP technologies, Data, Digital, and related areas to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Agency Recruitment Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of talented agency recruiters, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to drive the team towards achieving individual and collective goals in the recruitment agency environment.

  • Strategic Agency Recruitment: Develop and execute a strategic agency recruitment plan aligned with YALLO Retail's mission. Drive initiatives to attract top-tier Retail Technology talent globally, specializing in ERP technologies, Data, Digital, and other relevant areas. Ensure a diverse and inclusive recruitment strategy within the agency context.

  • Niche Sourcing: Leverage your expertise to lead searches, engage with clients, and secure top talent in ERP technologies (such as Oracle, SAP, Blue Yonder, MS Dynamics, Salesforce), Data, Digital, Cloud and related disciplines.

  • Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique talent needs, specifically in ERP, Data, Digital, and other relevant domains. Provide strategic agency recruitment solutions and build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and successful delivery of agency recruitment services.

  • Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize agency recruitment processes, particularly in ERP, Data, Digital, and related spaces, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices and innovative approaches within the agency framework to stay ahead in the competitive talent acquisition landscape.

  • Team Development: Invest in the professional development of the agency recruitment team, providing training, resources, and opportunities for growth within the agency environment. Foster a learning environment that keeps the team abreast of industry trends and best practices in ERP, Data, Digital, and related recruitment.

Requirements

  • Proven Agency Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in agency recruitment, with a track record of success in leading agency recruitment teams, especially in ERP, Data, Digital, Cloud, and related areas.

  • Specialized Expertise: In-depth understanding of ERP technologies (such as Oracle, SAP, Blue Yonder, MS Dynamics, Salesforce), Data, Digital, Cloud and related disciplines within the agency context.

  • Retail Technology Experience: Broader understanding of the Retail Technology industry within the agency context.

  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership experience within an agency setting, with the ability to motivate and lead a high-performing agency recruitment team.

  • Client-Focused: Strong client management skills within the agency context, especially with a focus on ERP, Data, Digital, and related recruitment.

  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically within the agency framework and contribute to the development and execution of organizational goals.

  • Innovative Mindset: A forward-thinking and innovative approach to agency recruitment, staying updated on industry trends and best practices.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills within the agency environment, with the ability to effectively engage with agency clients, candidates, and internal teams.
