Qualifications of the Role:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Business Intelligence Professional) are a plus.
Experience: 5-7 years of experience in business intelligence and data analysis
Proficiency in Microsoft BI tools (e.g., Power BI, SSRS, SSAS, SSIS).
Strong knowledge of SQL and data querying and Cloud Computing.
Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
Familiarity with data visualization principles and techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights clearly.

What You Will Be Doing in the Role:
Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
Report Creation: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Data Management: Collaborate data teams to ensure accurate data integration, quality, and consistency across systems.
Business Requirements: Work with business users to gather and understand their data needs, translating them into technical specifications and BI solutions.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track business performance and identify areas for improvement.
Presentation: Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders, providing clear visualizations and explanations.
Continuous Improvement: Stay current with BI trends and technologies, and continuously seek ways to enhance BI processes and practices.
