The Role
Retail Business Analyst is expected to deliver IT solutions that meet business requirements.
Domain knowledge in Retail Financial processes along with strong data analysis background (primary skills)
Omnichannel/Ecommerce knowledge (nice to have)
Ability to convert business needs or problems to specific and detailed requirements
Ability to work as a team to design, configure, build, test and deliver appropriate packaged software or custom developed solution
Ability to define and implement process improvements
Expertise in documentation, communication, quality assurance, collaboration, stakeholder and time management;
Knowledge
Knowledge of business analysis best practices along with Data analysis techniques (Power BI or Tableau)
Knowledge of domain subject matter in Retail Finance (mandatory)
Should have good understanding in E-Commerce and Digital domains
Knowledge of retail business drivers, related process and technology trends
Good experience in Tableau or Power BI platforms
