Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Technical Architect - IBM Sterling OMS to join our team and work with one of our esteemed clients based in the Middle East. This is a fully remote role requiring an immediate start. You will act as a lead and solution architect, providing guidance and direction to a small team of IBM Sterling OMS developers, who are supporting an already-live OMS environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Solution Design & Best Practices: Guide the team in designing optimal solutions and enforcing development best practices to maximize performance, scalability, and maintainability within the IBM Sterling OMS ecosystem.
Team Leadership & Development: Serve as a coach and mentor to the development team, facilitating skills development and encouraging best practices.
Technical Architecture & Delivery: Bring hands-on experience in IBM Sterling OMS to drive efficient, effective solution architecture and delivery, ensuring the technical integrity and quality of solutions.
Problem Solving & Innovation: Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and recommending improvements to existing OMS processes to meet client goals.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Act as the point of contact for solution architecture-related discussions.
Required Experience & Skills
10+ Years of Experience: Proven background in technical architecture, with hands-on delivery experience and in-depth expertise in IBM Sterling OMS.
IBM Sterling OMS Expertise: Deep understanding of IBM Sterling Order Management, including design, configuration, development, and deployment in live environments.
Leadership & Mentorship: Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring technical teams, particularly in coaching and training developers to reach high standards in solution design and development.
Solution Design Skills: Strong knowledge of solution architecture best practices, especially within an OMS context.
Strong Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders alike.
