Position Overview:
We are seeking highly skilled Oracle Fusion Finance Technical Consultants with a proven track record in implementing and customising Oracle Fusion Finance modules (preferred) and/or other Fusion modules. This role demands deep technical expertise in Fusion technologies like: OTBI, BIP, OIC, FBDI, HDL, APEX and VBCS. The candidate should have a good understanding of finance processes (desirable) and excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Implement, configure, and customize Oracle Fusion Finance modules based on business requirements.
Lead and participate in end-to-end implementations of Oracle Fusion Finance projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and project timelines.
Provide technical expertise and guidance in Oracle Fusion Finance, including configuration, integration, and customization.
Develop and maintain , OTBI, BIP, OIC, FBDI, HDL, APEX and VBCS, and other technical components as needed.
Design and implement interfaces and data conversions between Oracle Fusion Finance and other systems using OIC, FBDI, and other tools.
Leverage APEX and VBCS for complex reporting and custom page developments
Collaborate closely with functional consultants, business users, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Perform technical feasibility analysis and provide recommendations for enhancements and improvements in Oracle Fusion Finance applications.
Conduct system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure system stability and performance.
Prepare technical documentation, including specifications, test scripts, and user guides.
Requirements:
8+ years of overall experience doing Oracle Fusion (must) and Oracle EBS (desirable) implementations/enhancements.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Finance/other modules with a minimum of 2-3 end-to-end Fusion implementations.
Backgroud or coming from Oracle EBS (desirable) with implementation and enhancement experience.
Expertise in Fusion costimisations and enhancement using tools such as FBDI, HDL, OTBI, and BIP OIC, Apex, VCBS.
Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL programming languages.
Experience in developing XML Reports, RDF, and Forms within Oracle EBS.
Excellent understanding of finance business processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets.
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop appropriate solutions.
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with technical teams and business stakeholders.
Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional) preferred.
