Qualifications of the Role:
10+ years of IT/Cyber Security Experience.
5+ years of Experience in Management.
Previous experience in Retail Industry (preferred).
Experience of Cyber Security End-to-End Management.
Bachelor's degree (Computer Science or similar).
Relevant security certifications (CISA, CISM, CERT, CISSP, GSEC, CCSP, GIAS, CEH or OCSP) are preferred

What You Will Be Doing in the Role?
GRC, DRP & BCP.
Compliance with NCA and SDAIA.
Monitoring, Incident & Vulnerability management.
Identification, Risk Assessment, Quantification, Reporting, Communication, Escalation, Monitoring and Mitigation.
Implementation, IT Audit, Encryption, Penetration Testing, Data Leakage Prevention, Cyber Security Posture/Structure in the company.
Incident Analysis and Threat Management Hunting.
Respond to and manage security incidents and breaches, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on operations
Provide security awareness training to employees and promote a culture of security throughout the organization
Stay abreast of the latest security trends, threats, and technology solutions, and apply this knowledge to improve our security posture
