Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Techno-functional Trainer/Solution Architect to conduct training sessions and provide architectural solutions for IBM Sterling Call Center and IBM Sterling Store platforms. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical development and functional application, ensuring high-quality delivery of training and advisory services to our team or clients.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Knowledge Sharing
Develop and deliver customized training sessions for IBM Sterling Call Center and Store solutions to various stakeholders.
Prepare training materials, technical documentation, and functional guides tailored to the audience (technical teams, end-users, or business teams).
Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions, ensuring knowledge retention and addressing queries effectively.
Solution Architecture & Advisory
Act as the techno functional expert to advise on implementation strategies, configurations, and optimizations for IBM Sterling solutions.
Collaborate with development and functional teams to design scalable and efficient solutions, addressing business requirements.
Guide stakeholders on platform features, configurations, integrations, and best practices.
Technical & Functional Leadership
Provide hands-on support and mentoring to development teams for customizations, integrations, and enhancements.
Troubleshoot technical issues and functional gaps, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Document solution designs, workflows, and process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related fields.
Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in IBM Sterling Call Center and Store solutions.
Proven experience in a techno functional role, with prior training or mentoring experience.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of IBM Sterling Order Management System (OMS).
Experience with IBM Sterling Call Center and Store configurations, customizations, and integrations.
Knowledge of APIs, SQL, and Java for troubleshooting and solutioning.
Familiarity with SOAP/REST web services.
Functional Skills:
Strong grasp of retail workflows, order fulfilment processes, and call center/store operations.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
Training Skills:
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Certifications:
IBM Sterling certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
