Job Description:
We are seeking an IT Business Partner (HR) for one of our Middle East based retail client. This individual will act as a vital link between Information Technology and Human Resources department. This role combines aspects of product management, business analysis, and strategic planning to ensure that IT solutions effectively support the HR department’s functions and long-term objectives. He will also manage the new HRMS implementation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR processes and how technology can enhance these functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary IT contact for the Human Resources department, facilitating communication and aligning IT services with HR needs.
Analyze and gather detailed requirements for IT solutions tailored to HR operations.
Oversee the development and lifecycle management of HR-specific IT products or services.
Align IT strategies with HR’s long-term goals, ensuring technological implementations bolster departmental effectiveness.
Lead strategic planning sessions with HR to ensure IT alignment with current and future needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Significant experience in IT and business/HR operations, with a proven track record of bridging IT solutions with business functions.
Strong knowledge of HR processes and how technology can optimize these processes.
Experience in project management, business analysis, and strategic planning.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of managing stakeholder relationships across departments.
Agile and strategic thinker with the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively.
Nationality: Arabic (preferred) as per KSA policies
