The Role:

As our Enterprise Sales Lead, you'll be the driving force behind building strategic partnerships and scaling our business within the Retail Tech sector.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new enterprise clients and expand existing relationships.

  • Hunt & Cultivate Leads: Proactively identify and engage high-value prospects, conducting market research and understanding their unique challenges.

  • Proposal Architect: Collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling proposals that showcase YALLO Retail's value proposition and address specific client needs.

  • Relationship Master: Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, fostering trust and acting as a trusted advisor.

  • Strategic Collaborator: Work seamlessly with sales, recruitment, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive client experience.

  • Metrics Maestro: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and implement strategies to consistently outperform sales goals.

  • Industry Expert: Stay current on Retail Tech trends to position YALLO Retail as a thought leader within the marketplace.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

  • 2-5 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within the IT services, recruitment agency or B2B SaaS space.

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and achieving ambitious goals.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to build and manage strong client relationships.

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding expectations.

  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and CRM tools.

  • Familiarity with the Retail Technology landscape is a plus.
